What can I say? This company is 5 stars. The arrived promptly and began working. Very hard working men. Nothing broken everything moved with care. They went above and beyond my expectations. I was in need of a tricky move with items moving from an apartment to a new home and from two storage units to the new home. Black Swan not only helped devise a plan on how to handle the move, but also provided a big enough crew to make it happen quickly, efficiently, carefully, and professionally.
My family and I have moved probably a half dozen times and this was the most responsive, quality moving crew we have worked with yet.

They were priced much better than the competition and made sure to answer every question I had in regards to potential add ons. We recently moved into a new house and decided to use Black Swan to help with the move. This was a great team to work with from start to finish. We did have some delays with our closing date, which required me to reschedule twice. Amber was always quick to respond, understanding, and happy to help. On the day of the move, they arrived promptly, everyone on the team was very friendly, and they immediately got to work. I hired Black Swan Movers based on reviews online and my experience was excellent. They confirmed my appointment ahead of time, and actually showed up early and then got right to work!
My move was not an easy one, requiring nearly 9 hrs of moving, and they worked hard the whole time with a positive attitude!
I would highly recommend Black Swan Movers, and will certainly call them again if I need moving services!

Life brings many trials and tribulations~ with the transitioning of my husband after a battle with cancer, I moved from a 5BDR home to a condo. Black Swan Moving (Bryant) was extremely professional, punctual, and extremely responsive during an extremely stressful time. From multiple sites to locate pieces of furniture that would fit in a new condo to rearranging items in 2 AC storage units, I cannot express how extremely helpful the entire team was with my move!!! Jerry and Justin were fantastic! They were efficient, friendly, and took excellent care of my furniture and belongings. They broke down and rebuilt several pieces of furniture and there were no extra costs associated with this. It was included in the quoted hourly rate. This was my first time booking movers and heard plenty of horror stories that almost dissuaded me but I have to say I was quite impressed Black Swan. This was our first time using a moving company. I have to say, the experience was great! Bryant and staff were punctual, organized, respectful and definately know what they were doing. Wow! Bryant and his guys were top notch. When we first reached out, he responded promptly with a rate, followed by a contract and a schedule. Bryant helped us move from the 3rd floor of our apartment on a very rainy day. The guys wrapped everything up securely and we had no damages in the moving process. Bryant really cares for his clients, team, and business. Although we were in the middle of the pandemic, he had a smile behind his mask, and made the job a more personable experience. So the Black Swan team showed up perfectly on time, and ready to work. These guys were amazing to work with. Very professional, worked straight through, never damaged any items or structures. They not only packed like elite tetras players they also saw we had more items than would fit and got a storage unit for us and helped bring it there as well. Absolutely amazing. Wonderful experience. I was not sure exactly what we were looking for but Bryant and his team walked us through every step of the process. Very friendly. Phenomenal customer service. The team replied to the many questions I had and was definitely a great experience communicating with this company.
