After several years of being unsuccessful controlling the weeds myself I gave Brian at ChemPro a call. He immediately was able to put me on his schedule for treatment. My yard was in really bad shape at the time but after several treatments I could see some amazing results. Brian is super easy to work with and always comes on time. I have been so happy with ChemPro I was able to get my neighbor signed up for his service as well. So far we are both very happy!

Hired Brian to get rid of the weeds in my lawn. Showed him the problem areas and told him that I had used True Green with no results. He indicated he could fix the problem areas. After several treatments I noticed that the weeds were still there. Called spoke to Brian. He indicated that those weeds were hard to kill and that I should go to Home Depot and purchase product to kill those weeds. Why would I do that when I'm paying him to get rid of the weeds. I do not recommend.

Well pretty much everything Brian said in his "response" was a lie. I did everything required all the watering, etc. Only once was he "locked out" but that was because he set the notice to me late evening the day before and I did not see it before his crack of dawn visit the next morning.

Used this service for over a year with no interruptions. I have a terrible fungus on my Zoysia. Did they point it out? No. I see it, it looks terrible and they should of said something.
I am not sure what happened to people doing their job.I've got no weeds so I guess they were competent in that department but not calling me and pointing out the fungus is unforgivable.

I have been using Chem Pro for the last 2 yrs and I have never had a problem communicating with Brian the owner. I have had the occasional problems with certain weeds cropping up in my Zoysia and every time I reached out to him my call was always returned within 48 hours and as promised the treatment for the weeds was done within a very reasonable time weather permitting.
The owner is also a honest business man. Last week I thought my back yard had a brown patch fungus and texted Brian and he said he could treat the problem for $60.00 special chemical, so I told him to go ahead and treat it. Well

While we did follow the recommended mowing except during the weeks of rain which we couldn't help, this is the type of conversation I wanted to have with this business and never got the chance until this review.

Chempro has transformed my lawn. It was horrible before i hired them. Lots of weeds, patches of weak density. Now it is immaculate.
Brian is extremely knowledgeable and when I walked the lawn with him he gave me some feedback for the gardening crew and also had a very clear explanation of the issues I have been having. Suffice to say my lawn is now spectacular and I recommend Brian to everyone.

It's no fun being the neighbor with the ugly lawn. We tried several different products from the big box stores as well as multiple lawn care companies all produce no results. Our lawn was either brown and dead looking or was over ran by weeds. The standing joke was its time to mow the weeds again!

I first contacted ChemPro Lawn Care a few weeks ago and got a relatively quick response from Brian (the owner). I am a relatively new homeowner so I don't know too much about taking care of lawns, but my lawn was overrun with weeds this year. Brian came out to take a look at my yard and instead of just doing what I requested - he gave me his professional thought on why it was not sensible to do that (ie; aeration and killing off the weeds at this point in time) because then I would have a yard of dirt as there was little grass remaining to grow even if the weeds were killed off.
