I recently moved into a home where there was already an alarm system. I contacted Lakewood Alarm for someone to come look at the system. When the technician came we found out most of the system didn't work sand needed to be upgraded.
The tech that came out was extremely knowledgeable and was great about helping me understand what the problem was with the existing system. When it came to upgrading, he provided me with a very reasonable quote and explained why upgrading was the best route, which I trusted. On the day of the new installation he was on time, quick and did not leave any messes behind

DO NOT EVER UTILIZE THIS COMPANY FOR ALARM MONITORING SERVICES. AS A DOCTOR AND HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL, AND A SMALL BUSINESS OWNER MYSELF, I ALWAYS TRY TO SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES, BUT NOT ONE WHO DOES NOT DELIVER AND CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. LAKEWOOD ALARMS HAS THE POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU IN ANY WAY THEY CAN. I HAVE HAD AN OUTSTANDING BILLING ISSUE FOR OVER 7 MONTHS WITH NO RESOLUTION. THEY HAVE CONTINUED TO BILL ME EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE PROVIDED NO MONITORING. PLEASE MESSAGE ME FOR DETAILS. THIS BUSINESS SHOULD BE CLOSED! ZERO STARS!

I have used this company for over 10 years and LOVE them! They have helped me out when I lived in San Diego and Corona and now my house in Eastvale. The technicians are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I have an older security system and they have gone above and beyond to keep it working until we were ready to upgrade. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an alarm system.
