I called in at 9 in the morning, they were out by 1. Very friendly, straightforward customer service. Same can be said about their technicians. They replaced two hydraulic door closers in our six flat and tightened the closing on another so that the cold weather would not stop it from shutting consistently. Highly recommend.

Our business Positive Connections, Inc. is extremely satisfied. From the start to finish, the representatives at Atlas were professional, courteous and easy to work with. The installers arrived when they stated they would, cleaned up and hauled away old doors, and were respectful & extra nice to work with. We will definitely use again and will recommend to others.

Great Job, we have a knock down door that was loose at the top, David came in accessed the situation and took care of it. He explained what and how the frame was affixed to the building and why it was doing what it was doing. Very impressed with his professionalism, definitely recommend without reservation.

I contacted Atlas in May for an issue I was having with my sliding glass door. Matt came out and was able to fix the issue, which was some rotted wood causing the door to sink down and not open properly. Fast forward to August and some strong storms, water was coming in at the base of the door, which had never happened prior to the door repair. I called Atlas again, Matt came back out and caulked some areas where he thought some strong storms could bring some water in (I have no over hang protecting this door). They did not charge me for another visit and happy to report no rain came in with the

I am a property manager of a commercical building in Des Plaines and Atlas Door Repair came out to fix our automatic doors that were not working. I had called another company who told me both sensors needed replacing and it would cost $2000. I wanted a second opinion so I called Atlas and David the technician diagnosed the problem which turned out to be a blown transformer and ended up costing us a fraction of what the other big name company quoted me. David's honesty and promptness was refreshing and rare these days. I highly recommend using Atlas and we will be using them for all our door issues

Atlas Door Repair did a great job at a reasonable price. The dedication that Rick and Matt had when repairing our doors was exemplary. They had lots of extra parts on their truck and we're able to solve the problems right the first time. If you have a more complex door system like we do in downtown Chicago they are definitely the company to use. They fixed our sliding door, our DGA card controlled door, and our entrance doors.
Fast work, reliable work. A+++

Our doors at our office were intaking water during storms. Atlas sent out the most knowledge technician (Dave?) who made a case on:
- Why we should put rain covers over our doors
- Where rain was potentially coming into via the doors
- Multiple solutions to solving the oncoming rain into the facility
- Completed the job on 6 doors in under an hour.
12 out of 10 would recommend Atlas Door Repair.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
My landlord has failed to fix the door after several weeks, so I found Atlas Repair number on our door yesterday and decided to call and get information.
Called it, and reached the answering service. The operator told us the office was closed but that a tech should be available. Never mentioned anything about an extra rate. Plus, the tech failed to provide any type of quote.
My company spent nearly $400 with Atlas Door Repair company yesterday to get our door back on the track. After reviewing the invoice, I believe we were treated unfairly and overcharged.

Because of an attempted break-in the latch guard to a door had to be replaced. Brian from Atlas repaired the door without discussing the cost with me. or getting my approval. I was charged a total of $221.00 for a $30.00 part. After deciding what would be fair I sent them a check for $110.00 (cost of labor which took less than 20 minutes and there $25.00 trip charge even tho they were 15 minutes away.)
They have sent the balance owing to a collection agency. The collection agency has tacked on an additional $58.17 to this bill so now I owe them $168.17. Which I am not going to pay..
