Appreciated the ease of going through the buying process with JAKE ARTHUR from sales and SHANE AARON from the finance department. The Key fob to my Sienna got disconnected so I called Toyota, who said, "well, I guess we could hook it up to the computer and see if we can reconnect it to the Sienna. It's $53.00." We looked online and found detailed instructions how to reconnect the key fob and followed the instructions to do it ourselves. It worked just fine and saved the $53.00 plus possibly a service charge.......... Glad we looked online!
