I han appointment at 12pm. I was told to wait 20min. I waited until 1pm. The lady came to me and ask me another 20/30min. The way they were working, is gonna take another hour for my turn. Totally unprofessional. They don’t have any commitment for the customer; don’t care attitude ; and don’t care about someone’s time. If i knew they can’t finish the job done , why they take appointment?? Poor service. Please don’t go there. If u go there, they will kill ur 2/3hours for your service. Didn’t even say a word ‘sorry’ . Very Poor customer service who work in-front of the desk. Disappointed

Do not trust this business to take care of your needs. They under quote their estimates, (driving up the final cost,) drag jobs out for weeks while "waiting for parts," (meanwhile you bring your vehicle back and forth multiple times,) in the end... They may refuse to finish the job.
Do not trust D&R Auto Restylers. There are plenty of honest good business owners out there, that will care about you and your vehicle.

I had a great experience. Jay sold me and installed a top of the line head unit for me. It's a Sony XAV-AX7000 with a back-up camera and Android Auto (or CarPlay). My 2012 Jeep Liberty feels like a new car to me now. 🙂
The sound is amazing because of the internal amp. It makes my stock speakers sound so much better.
The installation was very professionally done. No visible wires for the camera or microphone and it looks like it was the original radio and touch screen.
They were fast and helpful. I would highly recommend D & R and Jay.

We had a remote starter put in years ago by D&R and they did a great job. Returned as I needed some upholstery work done.
My request was out of the ordinary and not something that they regularly do. However they were able to accommodate me which was great. They gave a fair price in a quick turnaround.
I had a small issue with the final product and many other companies would just tell you to "pound salt", however they stepped up to the plate and were able to make an improvement which is greatly appreciated!
Trying to match colors on something that is 25 years old is ceertainly a challenge and

I have had many things installed at d and r automotive restylers and the work was always excellent and on time. The ladies at the front desk are very curtious and friendly and answer all your questions.i want to especially mention jay one of the mechanics that I always request to work on my vehicle he is the very best and always takes pride in his work.thanks alot jay for all the work that you have done on my vehicle your the best.

Horrible experience, absolutely would not recommend them. I was quoted a price, and when I got there the price for the same service was higher. That's not the problem though. I went in for a remote car starter (this was a few months ago). My car battery was dying, but had a jump before going in for the appointment. The car ran for a while without turning it off, and then I made the 25 or so minute trek to their location. No problems with the car. I shut it off and walked in (they have a poorly set up garage entrance). They told me to bring the car in the garage- which I did, it once again

Very professional staff. Had a new remote car starter put in and they were super helpful and did a thorough job of explaining it from the sales process to the post installation process. When I dropped the vehicle off I had an issue with the battery and it would not start. (happened earlier in the day as well). They were nice enough to put the new battery in for me! This was an added bonus for me, especially considering it was single digits outside. They did a great job and I'm super satisfied. Appreciated the extra effort!
