Horrible horrible horrible service! My husband and I went from "Johnson's is meh; let's hire someone else," to actively telling friends and family "never hire them, ever" after receiving a bill for service we didn't ask for or authorize and the terrible experience we had with the receptionist when inquiring about the bill.
