Called for a dumpster delivered on a wed. Waited till 11:30 and received a text saying they had a glitch and won’t be here till tomorrow morning.
I took the day off work! The reply I received from the was a glitch turned into “out of there control” and that I seem upset!!
I replied with:
1- didn't know a slight glitch equals "as you said out of your control".
2- I didn't know it would not have been delivered till afternoon as I was never told that.
Good way to speak to customers, I don't have reception at my house to answer your call.
They replied:

I would never get a dumpster from anywhere else! Mark, the owner at Talkin' Trash is a great guy to work with. He was super flexible and helpful while I cleaned out a home during a difficult time. He was willing to let us keep the dumpster for longer than we initially needed it, and promptly picked it up when I called. Their prices are the BEST and they prorate anything over the first ton, unlike others who charge you an entire second ton even if you go over just a little. Great family business and I will be calling again!
