Having Arthur Sailer Window Repair come to work on my sliding glass doors was one of the best decisions I ever made. The cranky old sliders were barely operational now they glide like a butterfly without the sting of a bee.
I have already scheduled them to come back and repair the rest of my ancient windows and make new screens.
Recommend to anyone that wants old windows to operate like new.

When I called to get an estimate with Arthur Sailer Windows, Warren was out quickly. His estimate was similar to another company in town. I chose AS because of all the high ratings online. It took 6-weeks to get our window glass in and installed, and Warren and Mark worked 45-minutes to do ALL the install work. They were incredibly fast & efficient. Very professional company, they returned my call, scheduled an appointment and updated me that they could come sooner. BJ was the technician and looked at my broken window and 4 other windows that were not working properly. He looked at everything and gave an estimate first. He was accommodating, looking at the window and fixing the one by my computer before my meeting. He was able to replace the window that had been broken for awhile very quickly and was on his way. It’s great to have such a professional company and great customer service. I will be sure and recommend.

Never had such a poor experience by ANY service industry in my life! Unable to obtain an app't for an estimate until the day before - in fact the "day before call" never came. I called & rep said he had confirmed the day as Friday but I guess I made up this scenario of calling me the day before to make an app't. Asking for another app't - the rep said HE DID NOT WANT US FOR A CLIENT - he was so arrogant to my wife on the phone, when she tried to reschedule AND she gave them a call early in the morning with a # to reach her, she was dismissed by him - "I don't check my messages!"

Our window installation company unfortunately went out of business. A neighbor spoke very well about David and the Arthur Sailer Window Company. We called them to ask about an issue that became apparent. They responded by having Warren stop by to access the problem immediately. I had a solution, an estimate, and the job was done in less than a week. Warren and Noah were on-time, prepared and professional as they completed the work. Our lesson is, choose a window installation company carefully, and even then it it may not work as planned. The second lesson is find a Quality service professional

I had called over 7 companies to repair a broken window with no luck. I left a message with this company. David the owner returned my call promptly. He was empathetic to the urgency of getting the window replaced. His employee Warren came out and did an awesome job. The job was completed in a timely manner, no mess was left behind and the window looks great. I highly recommend this company for a job well done!
