I had a great visit. The entire staff welcomed me with open arms. My tour of the facility was also awesome. I was truly impressed by the breath of services, and industry offered and provided by engaging, friendly and professional employees. More Marylanders should be made aware of this terrific organization which provides an important opportunity and service for our citizens and the state.

I hear very good things about what you offer and helping the disabled. I do have one question. What is the Perfect attendance program I hear so much about from the people who work there. They don't get paid if they are out sick and they call in because they don't have perfect attendance. I have heard this from at least 5 employees. I am thinking they didn't understand. I have never heard of this. I just want to understand so when they are talking to me I can help them understand. They tell you ok but are still confused, they think they are being got over on but want their job. I am only repeating

Don't bother working here. So much conspiracy, low pay, odd rules, double standards. The higher up manager makes double while the other employees make much less. Everyone treats you unfairly and talks about you behind your back and assumes things that is none of their business. Part of the building need updates. Some of the office equipment is outdated but others are brand new. I was let go here and it took them 30 days to mail me the benefits extensions. I had to call and remind them because they forgot to do it. By then I was informed my insurance was canceled. Now I owe money because I was forgotten

I wouldn't even give this a star if I could because this place only wants your money, they are not family oriented, they promise things that they can not hold up too. They could care less if the individual has a family or not as long as they are getting the money from you or the state you are coming from they are happy. They talk down to the students and treat them like crap and then let the staff get away with it. The apartments they offer are filthy when you come in and expect you to clean up the mess from the past individual that lived in it. This place if a waste of time!!
