The Jones* family had just closed on their new home. A beautiful center hall colonial in West Milford, built in the 90's, the home was everything they'd dreamt of. Except for the decor. The previous owners had never bothered to paint over the original basic "Builder's White". Mrs. Jones told us that aspect of the new home was closer to a nightmare than a dream.
We move all heavy furniture. We only ask that you move small items and breakables, such as glassware, lamps, and pictures. Do you want to make it look brighter? Jack and his crew did an excellent job painting my 2 story great room and ceiling. The ceiling had water damage and needed to be repaired and painted, and the guys did a great job. They arrive on time, work a hard day, and clean the house before leaving. We will definitely use Touch of the Brush again.

We had this wonderful painting company led by Jack and excellent painters paint our kitchen,dining room,and living room. They did everything we requested and more with a smile. Jack and his team did a great job! They were professional, courteous, thorough and efficient. We had wallpaper removed and paint done in 2 rooms, a repainting of our living room with vaulted ceilings, drywall and repainting of a den (this was a project we added on once we saw how well the other rooms were done) and whitewashing a fireplace. It was a big job, but they were done in about 6 days and our home looks like new! The whole team was diligent with wearing masks and COVID protocols, which was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend them for anyone planning to do a painting project.

Jack just wallpapered a couple walls in my kitchen and I couldn't be happier with his work.....also a great guy! I'm very picky and can't say one negative thing, and I enjoyed talking to him too. I've had some wallpaper done in the past and he is without a doubt the best! The price was also very fair and reasonable. I'm having him come back to paint! I highly recommend him....honest and trustworthy!!!

Jack (the owner) is extremely personable, professional, eager to please, and nothing but a genuine human being who wants to make sure his work leaves you happy. Victor and his team went above and beyond with the paint project. We had a room of wood paneling, which was primed and painted, looks amazing and attention to detail was top notch. Then there was the hallway, previously covered in wallpaper, look horrible. Victor and his team fixed it up like new! Staff was professional, and mindful of our home environment and really knowledgeable.

I have had Touch of the Brush paint several rooms on two occasions and they have done excellent work both times. Victor is great to work with and helpful in picking out colors if you are stuck between a few. I had them fix some old sheet rock and they did great work with that as well. The workers are pleasant and respectful. They left my house very clean considering they had to sand the ceilings and walls. If and when I need to paint my house again, I will definitely be calling Victor.

After looking up several painters in the area, we decided to go with TOB for the price and how professional Victor was when we first met him. TOB was able to start painting even after we had to change the start date of painting after closing of the place got delayed. Because we had changed the start date, they were only able to get a few workers for the job. So the painting for 1100 sq ft took about 5 days to finish. I cannot compliment Jack, his team and their hard work enough. His attention to detail was very impressive right off the bat. We moved into a very old cottage that needed ALOT of love and he came through like a champ. After another contractor failed to show up at a scheduled time for an estimate, I called Touch of the Brush. Jack returned my call quickly and we scheduled a time for him to look at the job.
I had 2 major cracks (6+ foot long) in bedroom ceilings and one in the kitchen ceiling which would require re-taping, at least 3 coats of spackle and then paint. Jack looked at the job, gave me a very reasonable price and then promised me that he could have it completed in 2-3 days. Because of the price, we decided to also have our living room ceiling along with a bedroom room painted, including all the trim

Hire them. Now. Seriously. These guys are awesome. We just moved into a house and of course needed to have the entire interior painted. Being new to the area we really had to rely on WOM or online reviews to make a decision. We totally made the right decision.

We hired Touch Of The Brush to paint our house over a few different stages that spanned 6 months. Over the course of the job the team was responsive, professional and understanding when plans changed. The bulk of the work was done while we were away on vacation, and I was happy to come home to a completed job and all furniture put back very well.
