From the moment we realized that our rental condo had flooding and water damage from a sudden, unexpected issue, Kris Ucker responded immediately. He was responsive, communicative, sensitive to our renters, and even helpful with our insurance claim (he met with the adjuster on site, during COVID, because I was unable to be there). His quick response in assessing the situation and drying the space out kept the water damage to a minimum. During the time of Covid -19 I was grateful when Kris and his team member showed up in masks within an hour of the initial call. He worked late nights to meet our deadline because we had moved the tenants out and were covering their Airbnb bill. He left everything in great condition, worked diligently and expertly in getting the water removed and plumber ready. His customer service was excellent - I'm sorry that we would only use his services during an emergency - but trust me you are in expert hands if you ever do have an emergency.

Not that there ever is good timing for a busted copper pipe in your kitchen, but I was fearing the worst on getting our water damage mitigated and our home put back together in the middle of a pandemic, particularly with my house at full capacity due to my college-age kids being abruptly sent back home. Kris Ucker at Rapid Restoration expeditiously got our kitchen island and surrounding floor dried out and demo'd. He got our claim immediately into our insurer and processed. And he teed us up with a GC who was able to fit us right into the schedule with the rebuild. He made a painful process

On April 21st we discovered there had been some water seeping in to our rental house. By the time the tenant noticed it, there was a small amount of mold. We called Rapid Restoration and Kris made an appointment to come over the next morning. We appreciated his timeliness. His crew began work on Thursday April 23rd. As often happens, the initial time frame of 2 weeks became extended as they found more mold damage than expected. In the end, the tenants needed to be out of their house for about 3 weeks. What a great company. work with and such a stressful time when my house flooded. The general manager Chris was on site within the hour and answered all my questions about the insurance process.My wife Ginger was crying when Chris first arrived and was comfortable and laughing by the time he left the first night. I would just like to leave this review because rapid restoration was amazing and they really came through for us! We were having problems with other companies and we felt that they had been very dishonest with us and didn't do great work. We went out on faith and called Rapid restoration and talked to Kris and I'm so glad we did that! He put our mind at ease and I could tell he genuinely had our back! The work is done now and it was absolutely fabulous and I just can't say enough about this company!
