FW House Cleaning

I used this service at least four times. I prefer to use the same team each time to avoid having to repeat instructions and they can be familiar with the nuances of the house. This required me to wait longer for availability but I understand--book early! They always showed up but were late at least once. The ladies were pleasant and worked swiftly. At times it seemed they were too rushed. I would like them to let me know before they're finished so I can expect before they walk out the door. Overall I was pleased with the service and would use them again.

I had bad experience with FW House Cleaning.
1) They were supposed to call ahead of time. Instead, they called after they had arrived.
2) I arranged with the cleaning team that I would leave and return to do a walk through 15 minutes before their paid time ends. I came 5 minutes before the agreed time - they were gone.
3) Cleaning was not satisfactory. The floor was not cleaned well. I saw spider web in multiple places in the bathroom and in the rooms. Attached are a few pictures.
I reported my experience to the office and sent some pictures of the spider web and dirty floor. I was offered

Never shown up for the appointment, I had to call to find out that they were supposedly outside an hour before our planned appointment, and rather than to at least knock on the door, they just left. Very Unprofessional.

Critical: Punctuality
It's too bad as the cleaning has been pretty good but in 5 months of monthly service, they have called to change, move or cancel at least 9 or 10 times. Very frustrating if all you want is consistent service 1 day a month.
Service: Standard clean

The cleaning crew does a subpar job. This is being kind. It’s a referral service. They are simply sending anyone willing to take the assignment. The cleaners we have received do not speak English. It makes it very difficult to explain what to do. The cleaning I received was terrible. The service is comparable to having a teenager clean your house. If you are looking for a professional clean, keep looking. They will book services and cancel last minute. Absolute waste of money!!

We purchased a home from an older person who wasn't very clean. We emptied the house and I requested for this service to come clean up the spider webs, corners, windows etc. When I looked over everything, there were will webs, dust on the hinges, windows were still dirty. This was an absolute waste of money

We hired FW House Cleaning for a short-term rental in the Los Angeles area. From the start, it was an incredibly easy process. Vanessa is super-responsive and made the process seamless. We set up a weekly cleaning schedule for the home during the 2 month stay. A couple of times we had to reschedule and it was no issue at all; Vanessa was able to schedule her team to come out on a different day that better suited our schedule. The crew was always on time and incredibly thorough - they even cleaned the outdoor patio furniture that the prior residents had left very dirty. Prices are beyond reasonable

I had to call in emergency because our office was hit by the Coronavirus and I had to close the facility. I called Janet she send me at once 2 people to disinfect all they did an amazing job fast perfect and fair pricing I could reopen on the next day and go back to business.

We couldn't be more pleased with the cleaning job that Alejandro and Ariana did on our two bedroom apartment, this past weekend! They spent four hours here and were both very thorough! Our place has not sparkled like this in a long time! Thank you!!
