A $30 made in china heater, with a $$$$ ?Amish? made wood case. Got one as a gift, Heat Surge appears to have NO knowledge or customer support or parts breakdown. It seems they buy the junk, add the wood frame and jack the price only. I called and was refereed to a service center, called them and was told that is a question for Heat Surge, DO NOT BUY!

One star is for the cabinet. Turned the unit on and all was ok. Turned it on high and walked away. When i approached the room it was in i thought there was a fire from the smell. Burning smell went throughout my house. Tried it 4 times, same thing. 3 emails have gone unanswered and have been on hold 3 times for over an hour and gave up. They seem to be a very uncaring company as far as customer relations goes. Next stop better business bureau and 7 on my side.

Purchased last weekend because a family member was raving on, we got a total of 101 dollars and some change today we get to 10 confirmation emails back to back and now they are saying our payment plan starts soon for 79 dollars or so, we never signed up for payment plan and so my wife called and was on hold for 55 minutes and took screen shots to prove it and never got to speak to anyone. This is crazy, worse customer service I have seen in years.
