I used the Pool Guy based on Google reviews to help me find a reputable team to handle our pool inspection on the purchase of our home with an existing pool. The previous Google reviews listed that they were quick, precise, thorough. and appropriately priced and that they worked off of a protocal for pool inspections. We are more than satisfied with the price in regards to the wealth of industry expertise that Kyle brought to this inspection. I would definitely recommend The Pool Guy to be your service provider, if you have a pool. Our technician Ronnie comes out every week and takes great care of our pool. Ronnie does a great job and keeps me informed every step of the way on what he’s doing to the pool. Anytime I have had an issue with my pool and I needed something done right away, The Pool Guy has been on top of it! I highly recommend the Pool Guy for all of your pool needs.

We have been using The Pool Guy for a few months now and we couldn’t be happier. Everyone from the office staff to the pool technicians are friendly, helpful and professional. Our pool technician, Farrell, has been maintaining our pool and does a thorough job each week, provides complete chemistry results and a photo of our pool when he’s finished. Kyle, the technician at The Pool Guy, came out during the home inspection prior to us purchasing the house. He was very knowledgeable and explained each detail thoroughly. We were so impressed with him, we used The Pool Guy for the repairs and upgrades after buying the house, with the understanding that Kyle would be the tech doing the work. The owner of "the pool guy" a Rahlin fella would tell me everything is going to get straightened out with unsatisfactory cleaning of our pool. Didn't. Bleached up our expensive stained cement. Didn't care. I now have Pool Boy cleaning my pool and he cleaned the filters for the pump and found caked up filters with visible trash clogging the whole filters. The pool guy charged me $65 every time they cleaned the filters. The last charge was about three weeks ago and there's no way it got this bad in three weeks. We keep a pretty clean pool before they even come. Several times

We were frustrated. They're not on top of things--they'll let the water turn green and then blame it on the weather. Then they don't return calls when you have an issue.
UPDATE: Since this review our pool has been immaculate and completely clear--The Pool Guy has been emailing us as to when they service the pool and they give the readings for the pool's levels for chlorine, PH, alkalinity, and salt. They've really stepped up their game and are now very professional.
