Services
The base coat is aggregate or stone with 1/2 - 3/4 inches of stone in it, providing a strong base. The surface or top coat is the asphalt with a smaller stone in it, usually 3/8 inch or smaller, that provides a smoother finish. The base coat is usually layered in a 2 - 3 inch layer before it is compacted.
At Discount Paving, we install new parking lots and maintain old ones. We help you design a plan or go with the one you already have. We offer start to finish services, like digging out unwanted materials and adding the proper grade for water runoff. Then, we pave the parking lot to proper specs by adding 2" of base asphalt and 1 1/2" of surface asphalt.

We offer asphalt paving, recycled asphalt, sealcoating, and landscaping. We can work with you to develop a plan or go with any existing plan to best suit your needs.
Sealcoating is essential to asphalt, just as paint or stain is to untreated wood. Asphalt is porous. It can retain water and cause significant damage over time. The sealer creates a protective barrier against water, gas, and oil leaks that soften asphalt. Some people don't like the look of the black asphalt, so we offer the sealer in red, blue, green, or gray.

Spoke to the owner, the office staff a few times even got a price from them …then they disappeared called again office personal told me she would have a date and time by the end of the day..Never called us back…I’ve made 8 calls to them….we had used them in the past and was satisfied… most recently very disappointing and unprofessional…don’t waste your time.

My contract stated I was suppose to get 3” of hot top, a lot of places I only got 3/4” to 1”. My driveway had problems after the first year which needed repairing and since then I’ve had a lot of cracking and breakage which I had to have another company come in to repair. I had to hire another company because Discount Paving would not come to look at it or return any of my calls. The old saying goes with these guys “ you get what you pay for! “ Would not recommend this company to anybody
