This is the second time I have had replacement windows installed and both times they have done exceptional work. Jerry came out and did an estimate and the end cost was exactly what was quoted. The installers were very professional, did excellent work, went above and beyond to ensure that everything looked beautiful. I had 2 windows that were side by side and they were different sizes. They replaced the windows and had to do quite a bit of extra custom work as they were different sizes and they look fantastic. We had 3 windows and a giant 8ft sliding patio door replaced. The crew were great. They were patient with my questions and they were very thorough with installing everything tight and solid, very well caulked and sealed. Done within the same day.

I had all the windows in my house, about 32, replaced over the last three years by South Seneca Vinyl. They mostly did a great job with manufacturing and installation and the price fit my budget. After some time I did notice that some are tight to lock or unlock and the top windows are heavy to clean when tilting inward requiring two people for the job. However the windows certainly sealed up the house and warmed everything up.

The South Seneca Vinyl crew came to my house on a Friday morning around 7:30 am. They installed 13 windows and two sliding glass doors by 4:00 pm. They were very neat, clean and professional. We are completely satisfied with the entire process. We have referred any we know to they including parents and friends. Thank you very much for the great service.

We just had 27 windows installed by SSV and we couldn’t be happier!! The gentlemen (John, Dave, Ronald & Darrell) came in and finished the job in less than 2 days. They took great care in keeping all the trim intact as our log home has unique trim that cannot be replaced. Each window was thoughtfully foamed into place and tactfully sealed with caulk inside and out. Jerry who did our quote and made the sale was thoughtful and great to work with including making the suggestion to turn our separated kitchen window into a picture window over the sink. The difference is incredible, saved us money

When I called the company, Jerry promptly came out to measure our windows and give us an estimate. He was very courteous and answered all of our questions. We had 16 windows replaced, in two separate phases. The guys who installed the first 8 windows were so nice and professional, that I requested them to install the next 8! Great customer service!
