Solar panel cleaning and maintenance is necessary since insufficient care for these solar panels could lower the amount of generated energy for your home. As a system of solar panel will need to get energy from the sunlight, the most important part of solar panel maintenance is keeping the panels always clean.
Keep reading to learn some useful tips for cleaning and maintaining the performance of your solar panels. In general, a cleaning kit for solar panels should have a small brush, a wiper, a liquid soap, and a brush with a long handle. These tools are quite similar to what you will need to clean a vehicle.
Thus, if you can't buy a cleaning kit which is specifically made for solar panel cleaning, then it is possible to substitute it with a clear cleaning kit instead. The next step is to make a cleaning solution by mixing water with the soap in a bucket. You can learn about the necessary amount to be mixed on the label of the liquid soap.

Up date.. 10/16 My commercial sunny boy inverter keeps popping codes... Air Wind and Solar did replace the inverter. It took month... For them to take care of the problem... Again the inverter is popping codes and of course no power... I have asked them to please send some one out to fix... That I would even pay... Please I am loosing money... But still a month plus later... No call from the guy the tell me is going to call.. Never any up dates... No answered E-mail... I do not understand the problem in service... It pops an Open face... Has to do with the wiring on top... And I believe it will

Poor follow up and service! Installation went well about two years ago but had a problem with the Aurora (ABB) inverter this past year. Several attempts to get them to check it out. Response always all installers in South Texas. Last call they absolved themselves of responsibility. ABB not much help either.

This company is unethical in their business practices. They ignore all attempts for business communication and their phone number is a voicemail. The address online is also fake or they attempt to fake it by not receiving any mail concerning collection. They do not pay their subcontractors and lie to potential subcontractors about payment via credit cards. Amanda Eason is a crook and refuse to honor payment after job has been done and their customer was satisfied with work delivered. I do not recommend working with this company for any reason due to their behavior.

Air,Wind and Solar came to house offering their services. I was excited that we were going to have a solar system installed. We signed a contract and gave a $9500.00 deposit that was in 2014. A month passed no installation schedule no calls nothing, I called AWS and was told that they were waiting on my light company to agree on the rebates. So 6 months past no solar panels and my emails and calls were not answered. I decided to put my house on the market and contacted Amanda Eason and she emailed me an agreement to end my contract that was on 9/12/2016 and I would receive a refund of $4500.00

If you are anything like me, you often read through reviews and dismiss the few bad reviews because they are likely written by exceptionally difficult customers or rare situations of poor service. Let me assure you this is NEITHER and that I am writing this to hopefully help someone else avoid a situation like mine.

This company served as a subcontractor to Sunshine Solar/Enertech, LLC. It took an excessive amount of time to have the solar panels installed. Then it took 3-4 attempts to have them approved by CPS and commissioned. We had hail damage to roof about 3 months after the install and needed the panels removed. Contacted them and receive an estimate of $11,000 to $12,000. We chose another company to remove and replace for $5,168. During the removal process, burned wiring was discovered. No wonder we had not seen a reduction in our utility bill. Enertech, LLC has refused to help in the cost of repairing

Air Wind and Solar does not stand behind their product. They do not respond to emails or phone calls when your system is having issues. Ours was out for over 29 days. Only response from them was to fill out a 30 day weather report. When your system is generating 0 power, there is nothing to report. 0 x 30 = 0. Their customer service does not exist. Our system is finally up and running after we diagnosed and fixed the problem ourselves. And YES the issue was due to wire incorrectly spliced during installation. Our installation was a also a nightmare in that it took over 9 months and 4 electricians

This is the most dishonest company I have ever worked with. They took over a year and then we had to have all the work rewired by another company because most of the panels were not even working. They sold us a line of bull on putting in more panels to help add solar power to the grid, and then didn't even help us to know what to do to sign up for all of that. So for over a year, we have been paying not only lease on all these panels they said would actually make us money, we still have had to pay electric bills because their work was so shabby. It has been a 2 year nightmare, do not use this company
