If you sing the lyrics: "Baby it's cold insiiddeee" you need have denali come for heater repair. Denali offers new units from Mitsubishi and American Standard, with an installation warranty, so you know it's done right. Animal intruders are great at ruining ductwork. If you ducts aren't good to go, your warm or cold air may not all be coming out the end of the vent and into nooks and crannies instead.

Called Denali on a record hot week to replace our 20+ year old furnace and heat pump which was failing. Tristan came and gave us an estimate and ordered our replacement quickly. Tristan was a guy. The technicians were very professional and kept their work clean and left no mess behind. Our house is now regulating heat better than we had hoped for.

The service man was very polite and extremely knowledgeable and instead of a brand new heat pump, He got my old one alive to fight another day, There are not enough good things I can say about Denali heating & Air Conditioning PLUS they are A Union Shop. So give them plenty of business in the future. A company this good deserves to grow and flourish in our community

As usual, excellent service. Got our guy, Kip, who did our service call 2 years ago. First winter in our new home and we were a bit anxious that our furnace was in good shape and ready to keep us and our beloved husky heartbeats toasty and happy. He did a very thorough and professional maintenance check. Pleasant, informed and navigated our crazy pak quite well. Will not call anyone else for any of our heating and ac needs. Well done!!

My heat pump froze over 2 months after purchasing my home. I called Denali because of the reviews and the simple fact that I like to support my local businesses. Unfortunately, their techs lack of knowledge and experience costed me over $500 and left me with a $400 power bill (emergency heat for 2 months). They sent someone out to diagnose my system and discovered that my defrost board wasn’t working and it was low on refrigerant, the tech stated that it’s not uncommon for older units to have minor leaks and he refilled it and told us that if we replaced the defrost board we’d be back up

Denali was a pleasure to work with. From the salesman to the techs I couldn't more pleased.
I choose a 19 seer unit for its size and noise rating. I can no longer hear my outside unit unless I'm standing right next to it. The Installation was very clean and the Technician's were friendly and very knowledgeable.
