Black Mountain Glass has been serving NW Colorado and the Baggs area of Wyoming since 1985. We specialize in residential, automotive and custom windows and tinting. We install and replace house windows, even custom projects. If you have a broken window, single glass or an insulated unit we can replace it.

We do window screens, new screen in your frame or we can build complete new screens. We also do shower doors, mirrors, and new bathroom windows. Residential Report

For the residential customer we replace broken glass in windows, single glass or insulated units. We also handle vinyl replacement windows manufactured by Atrium. Inside your home we do mirrors, shower doors and some types of decorative glass. Some used in cabinet doors. We replace window screen in your frames or we can build complete new screens to fit your windows.

Very poor communication; the quality of installers was questionable at best resulting in a shower door that was not level and left a 1.5” discrepancy in their measurement. We tried to explain it to them but they insisted it was correct even though the door was dragging on the tile of the shower. They were to call us and let us know what the final bill would be only to get a call threatening us for full payment. They were going to call us to let us know what the next step would be, instead a threat! Very unprofessional and not qualified to do the job.

Tried to get glass in my table replaced for over a month. Came out and measured it and that was it. Keep calling and they keep saying they will be here but never show up. Horrible service.

I am posting this review for my husband. He called Black Mountain to get generic Chevy window installed four weeks ago. First time he called to check to see if the window was in, and it wasn't even ordered. 2nd call and appointment the window wasn't in. 3rd call and appointment- same story. On week 4, he called someone else.

First of all, I need to start with the fact that the workers who came to our house have been awesome EVERY TIME! Great people, really! However, it did take an awful long time (4-5 months) to get casters for our sliding-door. Not sure if it had to do with a 3rd Party company holding them up or lack of personnel... Either way, I have an unhappy, disabled husband who does not care what the reason is because he can't get out to the back deck where his herb garden is.
