Trace was very helpful throughout the entire process. He was always prompt in responding and keeping us informed (even after hours) He made it very hands off for us from start to finish and also working with our insurance company as well. The crew that did the replacement did a great job and cleaned up very well, never found a stray roof nail in the yard!! I had a great experience and if ever need replacement again I will definitely call them again!!

Trace was so helpful in guiding us through the replacement process, scheduling, and following up with our insurance adjuster. Always responded to texts and calls quickly. The crew was efficient and amazingly got the job done in a long hot day and left the surrounding yard in great condition. Glad to see the dumpster promptly removed the next day!

They did a nice job in helping to work with the insurance company to have the roof replacement covered due to storm damage.
The roofing crew did a nice job on the tear off of the old shingles and install of the new shingles. They were respectful of the house and property, covering as much as possible with tarps. They were very good at cleaning up at the end of the day. We found very few nails and very little debris around the yard in the following days. They did a great job on the install with nice clean straight lines. The Certainteed shingles look very nice!
