They installed the fire alarm system in the Champlain Towers South building. When asked for comment as to why the system alerted the alarm monitoring company when the pool deck collapsed but did not set off the in-bldg alarms, this was their response: "Matthew Haiman, Premier’s president, said that the company’s system had worked properly and threatened to sue the Herald if it published a story. “We have the records,” Haiman said, although he said he would not show them to reporters. “Go f--- yourself,” he added. “Print your fake news.”"

Who ever is driving GDDR03 needs his license revoked, that is if he even has one. Nearly got into 3 accidents within two blocks. No signal, swerving without looking. It's early in the morning and there's kids still waiting to be picked up on the corners. Find a new driver or send him to driving school.

Very poor service and product. They severely over-bill for visits to get permits on their product. The technician sits in the car all day waiting for inspectors, doing nothing, and then they charge $75 for the visit PLUS $100 per hour for the technician's time. When questioned about their charges, they try to justify them as reasonable. Complete thumbs down.

Person driving company truck was erratic while driving, flashing lights, swerving, riding bumper while there was a baby and small child on board. Was stuck with someone in front of me, a truck to the right and this person behind me. If their road rage is any indication of their business, please be careful.

I just started a new business and the fire department required that I install a fire alarm system. I had another company come out and give me a $20K quote and said I might need more devices. I searched online and found premier fire alarm. The owner himself came to the office and inspected everything, he even spoke with the fire alarm inspector about my requirements and then determined that the actual cost of the equipment I needed was $8K less because I did not need as much equipment and their rates were better overall. I have to say thanks to Premier fire Alarm and I recommend them for any business

I am updating my review from 4 months ago from 1 star to 5 star. Premier Fire was terrible due to inept staff. They have hired new management and I am happy to say it has improved dramatically! I have finally received a refund after 10 months for over payment. The techs that came to the yacht were courteous and professional. I would recommend that a person is present when techs come to a location, to make sure the repair is managed in a timely manner and you understand what you are being invoiced. I would use them again for future repairs.

I love supporting local businesses. It's nice when you have a question to call and actually have a technician who know what they are doing and what you need. Premier Fire Alarm has worked with us on Code compliance, new fire alarm systems and repairs and have been doing our fire alarm monitoring for more than 8 years now. Their installers are always professional and cleaned up after themselves. I have them in several locations and will always use them for my business
