Excellent service! Punctual, Communicative, Through, well Priced, and Quality Service. Completely cleaned all parts of my fireplace, identified and fixed the problem, did a safety check inside and out for potential gas leaks, wore protective footing and gloves, used high powered equipment, drop cloth, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Chewy’s did a thorough job of inspecting and cleaning the fireplace in our new home. They took the time to explain and demonstrate how to use the remote and reset the thermostat so it would go on manually only. We had trouble over the summer after power outages with the fireplace automatically turning on. That was a safety concern for us if it happened while we were out! We would definitely recommend and rehire.

I contacted Chewy's Home Services to have my gas fireplace inspected and to have a damper clamp added to it. The technicians were super helpful and did a wonderful, thorough job. They cleaned everything up at the end and clearly went through everything they were doing. These gentlemen did an excellent job sweeping the chimney for our wood burning insert. They took before and after pictures of the work they did and provided a great report of everything they did. They left everything better than they found it and the quality of their work was top notch. They were reasonably priced and we will be using them going forward for all our fireplace needs. Cannot recommend them enough.

Man, these guys are on top of it! Quality work. Fair price. Highly recommended! I had been trying forever to find someone who would repair water damage on my 3-story chimney chase. After I saw Chewy's van driving through town, I texted him immediately. He responded with 15 minutes and arranged to come by the next day. Chewy gave me a fair estimate to replace the rain pan and all rotten trim and to paint the trim and siding on the chase. I paid a nominal deposit for the fabrication of a new rain pain and Chewy scheduled the job for 12 days out. On the scheduled day, Chewy and his team showed up

Chewy and his team was great! He quickly identified issues in our fireplace and dryer vent during the inspection/cleaning in our new home. We ended up doing new panels, chimney cap, and a new dryer vent run. They did a great job with all of the projects and quoted us fair prices. They were even able to get the new panels and gas logs installed quickly, just in time for family coming in over Christmas! After searching the internet to find a company to fix a gas leak in the fireplace, we chose Chewy's based on their excellent reviews. The reviews were totally accurate!! Chewy's is such a wonderful company. Starting with the awesome customer service provided by Katie who promptly scheduled us in to get the leak checked out. Chewy and Alfredo were able to come out quickly and resolve the problem. They even checked the other gas appliances in the house (water heater, stove and oven) to make sure that the fireplace was the only leak.

I own my home in Lawrenceville since 2009. It was built in 1973. I had an initial home inspection prior to purchase and was told fireplace was functional. As a single home owner I had an inspection/cleaning of said fireplace prior to a fire. It was deemed unusable. It would be from 3,000- 12,000 to repair due to the age of the house.

Chewy!!! What a great guy! We were in the middle of changing our siding and asked the team to look at the chimney. We wanted a second opinion and Chewy made his way to us from across town late Saturday evening to give us the peace of mind we were longing for.
