Doug has been the Garden & Greenhouse manager at Johnsons Home & Garden since we moved to the new store back in 2013. He has helped us build an incredible greenhouse, where we offer some of the highest quality and unique plants from the best growers in the northwest. Doug has had a lifetime interest in gardening, and even owned his own nursery, Kelly Gardens in Federal Way, WA. until his retirement in 2007.

Cyndi in the paint department helped me. I explained my price point and what I wanted to accomplish. The paint she recommended did the job exactly as she promised. Bonus - she picked a great color to match the curtains I brought into the store. I was in and out in 10 minutes and very happy with the whole experience. Will definately be back! Thanks Cyndi!

When I come in the morning to get what I need for my job, you have the girl at the service desk that doesn’t even look like she’s happy to be there. The lady with short hair at the paint desk is so rude, and the way she talks to the employees is sad. I’m glad I haven’t seeing the other short chubby girl, cause all them 3 at the paint desk doing nothing and when you come and ask for help, looks like you bothered there conversation.

Everytime I go in I'm always immediately helped by a friendly associate. Today I was helped by Jesse, realizing I had a ridiculous dream of making an air conditioner out of a 1989 Chevy Astrovan heater core and pond pump.
