We've been redoing pretty much the entire house, we've worked with every type of contractor from kitchen installers, plumbers, electricians, disposal companies, flooring people. You name it. Of ALL OF THEM, Jake was the best experience. He was the only instance in which my expectations were defined properly beforehand, met and exceeded with the services provided, and done completely on the schedule that was set and properly communicated as issues developed...(this was DURING the whole Covid-19 lock-down). If you are thinking of somebody else do your tile work, for your sake, I beg you to reconsider

I met Jake (owner of the company) just this past weekend when I had gotten myself into a hot mess, and he got me out of it. If it weren't for him I don't know what I would have done! He is super knowledgeable and has a passion for perfection of the trade. He knows all the best practices, uses the best materials, is very personable and not pushy at all. Wow. Simply wow. First of all, we called simply to ask for information and he was willing to come by and check it out, see what he could do. We were all over the place and he took one look and fixed all of our problems. A saving grace for sure. Plus, he’s super funny and made things simple for us to do again in the future if necessary.
