Talked to Dave, he was helpful over the phone, we agreed to meet at 9:00 in the morning next day which was over an hour drive away from my place.I showed up 3 minutes late due to google sending me in a loop. When I arrived near office, somebody came out, I asked if he was Dave. He said no, and asked me why did I want him for? I explained I had a 9:00 with Dave several times. He finally said he’d go get him. Since this was a home and office in back, figured I’d wait outside for Dave unless they asked me in. 10 minutes later waiting outside the office door in the sub-freezing cold, this unidentified

Didn’t get passed hello. Person I spoke to at MD Richardson sounded annoyed that I had disturbed him by calling. I won’t do business with anyone that sounds put out when a potential customer calls. Having an issue with my septic system and will probably need to replace the system. MD Richardson’s loss...
