We recently purchased our new yard shed from Recreation Unlimited, and from start to finish it was a great experience. We had a section of fence removed, a gravel base put down the shed delivered and the fence replaced. The folks from RU kept us informed every step of the way. And they were great to work with. Bottom line, we are very satisfied and we love our new shed. And a special shout out to Linzi our sales rep. She did a great job!

We've had a fantastic experience working w/ Recreation Unlimited.! Our hot tub was ready ahead of schedule! The installers arrived first thing in the morning. Very professional. Spent extra time to make sure landscaping wasn't disturbed. Setup and training were also outstanding. Very happy customer.

Do not order online! Clearly they don't have an inventory system in place. I placed an online order which they indicated on their site would be shipped out in 2-3 days. Day three I called to verify shipping and was told the individual who does the shipping was out sick but it should be sent out by the end of the week. I called again the following week to track the status and was told they don't have the item in stock and are not sure when it will ship. Couldn't the first person I spoke with see this??? The service is sub-par at best- the people I spoke with had a could care

Shopped for a Hottub and found a good price here. That was the Good part.
Installaton crew was nice and very communicative.
The startup guy Ryan, showed up and and was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional.
During the demo he commented on the lack of flow stating, "Well you only have one jet pump."
Didn't think much about it at the time. Tub heated up quickly and we got in to enjoy our $7700 purchase. Noticed that we could only get powerful flow through EITHER the three bench seats OR the lounger seat?

Do NOT purchase anything from Recreation Unlimited these crooks! I worked with Linzi Jones and Alicia Schilke (The GM) and they are incompetent liars. I purchased a play set and playhouse for over $12,000, I ordered the same thing that was on the floor and what came was totally the wrong set. I ordered the 6 foot version and they sent me the 4 foot version. I have tried to get them to fix the situation and they are unwilling to accept fault. You would think for $12k they could fix their mistake. DO NOT buy from these snakes!!

I called upon this retailer to help me reassemble my "Springfree" brand trampoline. I set up an appointment for them to come out and they were on time. I had saved the original boxes the trampoline came in and used them for when I moved back to Indiana from Arizona. The original company where I bought it was Tree Frogs Playground Equipment and they had taken it apart for me and put it back into those original boxes.

We bought a big play set during the 2019 flower and patio show which makes it a year old as of now. We paid over $4k for just the set. We received free installation because of the show promo. They were nice to work with and we felt we had made a good decision. However, the amount of delaminated wood on this play set currently blows my mind. So of course I reached out and of course was forwarded to the warranty(usually a joke) from the manufacturer. The process alone of having to take multiple pics and know the exact id# to each individual pice that has split is ridiculous. I'd say there

I bought a garage shed from them one year ago and I already have major problems with the roof and when I called to inform them and ask them to fix it under the warranty they said the warranty won't cover it because the damage was done by the wind!!!! So I paid more than $6,000 and the shed did not last me more than one year without problems.

We had a very good experience working with Recreation Unlimited for the purchase of our hot tub. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We had a couple of glitches on delivery - not the actual delivery, which went fine. We discovered we couldn't use the automated cover because of an existing roof overhang. Recreation Unlimited worked very hard to get a custom cover that we love. Thank you very much.

Shockingly, Recreation Unlimited doesn't seem to own simple mistakes. Their employee hit a power line trying to install a basketball goal (very simple mistake), but Recreation Unlimited won't pay for the repairs or damaged landscaping from Duke's excavation to repair the power line. So, calling them effectively cost me time and money for their mistake.
I'm quite surprised to see this position, as there are no other details left out...simple as that.

So sad to report that Recreation Unlimited no longer offers playtime in their showroom, nor offers birthday parties. This is a huge loss! This was the go-to place during cold months to take kids to run around and play. Every kid I know (and I know a lot) loved Recreation Unlimited. We attended many birthday parties here. Lots of good memories have been made here. This blows. This also means I have to change my rating, unfortunately.

They have basically set up their trampolines and children recreational equipment such as playground, clubhouses, and swingsets. Your child for very small fee ( I think $5) can go and play all those items before you buy. You can also get a good idea of how that item will fit in your backyard.

Worth the drive to play indoors and let the kids run around. Great use of a showroom to charge a reasonable rate for people to come in and play. It's much appreciated especially in this frigid weather.
My kid wouldn't leave the train tables alone. There are so many to choose from. Lots of swing options for kids of all ages. The floor is nice and rubberized for those moments when there is too much swinging right before running.
Check out the little houses too. The kids where playing pretend as they visited each house. Basketball courts were fun. They even had a lowered goal

There are 2 aspects to this company. First, if you want a great place for your kids to play inside during the winter then go to the Rec Unlimited Showroom. They have more than a dozen outdoor play sets set up that you can play on as well as a basketball court and trampolines. I don't remember the cost, but it's not too bad.
The second aspect is buying a play set from them. We purchased ours a little over a year ago. The quality of the product is phenomenal. It's much better than going to a big box store. We got 0% financing for a year and I believe they were running a discounted
