Dave and Chris are great! They came by a couple months ago to put down some bait and traps for flies and mice. They were very professional and thorough. Dave came back today for our quarterly service and found we had a dead rat in the basement which was causing a fly swarm. He cleaned everything up (and took it with him!) and set additional bait and traps. He also informed me what to loom out for and what the next steps should be going forward. Great service and great team!

Dave is wonderful! He offered the best customer service and is so knowledgeable about his craft. He was very thorough and was patient when I had questions and concerns. Dave came out to treat our place for ants and cockroaches. Not something I would have liked to pay money for, but he was great at communicating and making the process go as smoothly as it could, given the circumstances. He was informative and helpful and so far we've had no further issues. :)

I had called All Star Pest Management to help me with a bird that had gotten itself stuck in the dryer vent pipe, and they were able to fit me in their schedule just two hours after I called on a Saturday. They rescued the bird from the pipe and then installed a vent cover to prevent anything else from getting into the pipe again. Friendly and professional! Very happy with how quickly they could respond - would definitely recommend!
