I wouldn't go near this person! In my opinion Clark is not only incompetent, but also unethical. Clark sits on the Governors Club Architectural Board and also represents clients within the Club - a conflict of interest. My wife and I went through three years of hell with a builder (Phil Stone) whom all of his transgressions and faulty landscape design Clark "white washed" in spite of the G.C covenants and water management policy to the contrary.
