Nick Bohannan, from Custom Bath Solutions, provided excellent customer service. He was very responsive to our questions by email and text. He was great to work with on the design of our bathroom and his suggestions were so helpful. He was extremely polite and respectful toward both us and and our home. We recommend working with Nick with no reservations.
As a company, Custom Bath Solutions (CBS) has a good selection of materials to choose from and all are of good or excellent quality. We were fortunate in that Nick did some of the work on our bathroom. The other workers from CBS also did good

I had a horrible experience with another bathroom company and needed help to correct problems with my main bathroom. I contacted Custom Bath Solutions and was pleasantly surprised when they were able to come out two days later to view the situation. They were able to complete the job in a short amount of time with quality products and exceptional attention to detail. They sent workers who clearly knew what needed to be done and cleaned the area each day before leaving. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They take pride in their work and stand behind it. It is clear the owners value
