They are backed up at least 2 months from the time you call to schedule an appointment to when they can come to your house. He shows up an hour late with no Communication that he’s running late . Then they sent a regular service tech and according the him I needed a installer tech to look at my flue pipe. He was a very nice guy and professional but didn’t fix my issue. I’m supposed to call back and reschedule for an install tech, so maybe I can get it fixed this summer!!

The tech fixed multiple problems with our gas fireplace to get it working and answered all my questions. He was very personable and even let me know things going forward that will help us maintain it better and make it more efficient. We've had it 20 years and it sounds like it may have 20 more years left in it. One visit. Not cheap but very satisfied.

Everyone we worked with from sales to install crew exceeded our expectations. Appointment times were kept, and all involved were courteous and professional. We were able to get all aspects of the project through Fireside. They then project managed everything from start to finish, including the cabinets, electrical adds, and stonework. Despite all the moving parts of our project, it came together perfectly.

The fireplaces seemed to be installed well and ordering through our builder was easy. The startup and finish work with our tech was the problem. We were given a noon time, no call to say they were on the way and the tech did not call until he was here and gone over an hour early. We were here all but 15 minutes long before the scheduled time. Had the tech called upon arrival we were literally 5 minutes away. I get the feeling they made sure they were long gone before calling to ensure they could scratch us off the list and move on. I would not recommend this company.

Your tech Kevin is a real asset to your organization. He’s like family friendly informative and he is a master at servicing your gas fireplaces business. Even though when I looked you up on line and found you are a large regional business. You’d never know that with Kevin servicing our gas fireplace unit. We felt the same way with your showroom rep Ryan very informative no pressure. Just trying to find the right solution for us. I was an independent business owner for 20 plus years.

The service that Kevin provided was awesome. So much so that I called the store after he left to tell them how much he was appreciated. He was so thorough, so polite, explained everything to our level, cleaned up just perfectly, and recommended a new thermostat remote that has been such an improvement. We cannot say enough positive things about Kevin.
