Lee Foster's career began in 1978 with a part-time high school job installing batt insulation for a small company in Bessemer, Alabama. After graduating college and exploring other trades, Lee returned to the insulation industry in 1985 and launched Foster Insulation in 2006. Let me start off by saying such a wonderful business and the sales person helped me every step of the way. Although, the office manager is rude, rude, rude and can't give you the time of the day. If the business alone was her, I would tell you to go somewhere else. However, do not let her impact your experience with them. Every other employee was so helpful and nice when they came out. Thank you guys!

Jalen and his Father both came to our house yesterday & though they were unable to do the job we needed (not their fault, it would have been way too involved) I just want everyone to know how absolutely professional and communicative they were during the entire process!!! Jalan called and texted every step of the way... If the job would not have been such a big one, they would have been hired on the spot!!! There are not enough companies like this that show appreciation for the customer!!!

Foster came out and added insulation to our attic last weekend. The gentleman who came out for the quote was very nice and informative. The crew that came out to do the work were wonderful. They used our ladder to get into our skuttle hole and put it back neatly in a corner. We unplugged something so they could use the outlet and they plugged it back in for us without being asked. They were just very thoughtful and kind in general.
