Got my refurbished hot tub from the team at Loves. They delivered a beautiful tub in great working condition. About a month into use of the tub I noticed a leak coming from the plumbing and their team promptly came out and fixed the tub outside of warranty free of charge. I highly recommend getting a hot tub from them if you’re in the market.

We purchased a reconditioned spa from Loves Hot Tubs in 2019. Jasyn has been great about answering my maintenance questions and got it fixed promptly when a part went out this spring. He just came out for what we feared was a big fix, but turned out to be operator error. He is very knowledgeable and honest., qualities that are hard to find these days. Thanks Jasyn!!!

Jasyn was amazing to work with! Super responsive, friendly, and professional! He came out to visit prior to bringing the hot tub to make sure they could get it in our backyard up a steep driveway and hill to the backyard. He and his team got it installed so fast, and then he went above and beyond to walk us through everything. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a great hot tub at an awesome price!

Jasyn carries THE most reliable brand of hot tubs out there - and at an amazing price. You do not need to go a retail store!!!! He is honest, extremely prompt, and an all around great guy. Once we found the model we wanted, Jaysn was gracious enough to hold it for us for a couple months so we could finish our patio. Jason has the best "home town" kind of customer service! He has been quick at responding to any questions, no problem with replacement of areas warranted, and quick to get it fixed. And has helped us learn the tricks to owning our new hot tub. The Artisan brand has been top notch. Glad we did our research. American made and custom built not factor line built and you can tell. The therapeutics jet are statigiclly placed and have helped us manage our bulged disc and sicatic nerve pain. Hate going a day without it. Thank you Jason and family! God bless my friends.

I bought a hot tub from Loves hot tubs for my cabin in Donnelly. After about 5 months I had some issues with the control panel. Even though it is a two hour drive each way Jason drove up and replaced the control panel. The repair was covered by the warranty provided by Loves hot tubs! Jason was professional and easy to deal with. If you are looking for a hot tub this is the place to buy!! Great service from a local business.

I happened upon Love's Hot Tubs while trying sorting through all of the quotes and models of hot tubs I'd investigated at all the major hot tub retail shops in the Boise area. I talked to Jasyn Love via email and on the phone, and he gave me a great quote. Seemed too good to be true -- but I made an appointment and drove to Emmett to check it out. I am so glad I did. Because he doesn't have an expensive store that's in Boise, he saves on overhead and passes the savings on to customers. When I visited his Emmett showroom, he has a workshop where he refurbishes older hot tubs

If you are in the market for a hot tub, check out Loves hot tubs! I shopped around the valley looking at new and used spas, and Love's had the best tubs for the best price. Although you most likely will not need it, all of his tubs are warrantied. There is something to be said about a small business that takes pride in their work. Jasyn also provided a great recommendation for an electrician to install the electrical, who did great work. From picking one out at his shop, to having it delivered, we were more than satisfied with Loves Hot Tubs. Thank you!
