Called Monroe blinds. Owner called me back and said he would stop by Saturday for a quote and gave address, then quickly rushed me off the phone. Called and left a voicemail on Saturday asking for time he’d be showing up. Never called back or showed up. Heard great things about this company so very disappointed.

Juan is amazing! I was referred to Juan on a recommendation from the sales agent who sold me my new home, saying he was simply the best, and I could not agree more. The house I purchased has many large, custom windows and I was worried that it was going to be extremely costly and quite a long time before someone could come out due to supply issues that many of the big box retailers had been quoting. After I called, Juan came out THAT WEEK, and I was shocked at how affordable the final price came out to be. Not to mention that the final product turned out to be beautiful. Highly, highly recommend

I called Juan based on other positive reviews I read. He was out within 2 days for a quote. While here, I was able to tell that he knew his job well. I hired him on the spot as he provided a great price for custom made, quality binds. He was back in less than a week to install them with his assistant. They installed 16 blinds in 45 minutes. I would recommend Juan and his company, Monroe Blinds again without hesitation.

Juan at Monroe blinds did an excellent job in supplying top quality blinds for my new home. He came out within a couple of days from my initial call. He was able to give me an estimate right there on the spot and he told me he would be back within a week to install the new blinds. A couple of days later he called me to say that he knew I wanted the job done quickly so he put in some overtime and got my blinds done and scheduled to come out that night! If you need any time of window blinds, I would go to Juan Alzate owner of Monroe Blinds first!!!! He is just absolutely amazing. His quality is far superior than others we compared to. Quick and efficient and we could not be happier. His prices are very great! We have used him for five years, different rooms. He also does Plantation Shutters, as well as wooden blinds. We used Monroe Blinds for our new home and were extremely pleased with his responsiveness and quality work. The price he provided would've been hard to beat elsewhere and the quality of the nice wood blinds we received were excellent. We had just put new hardwood floors in the home and had them cleaned and were worried that with the installation of the blinds they would get dirty; but the team took their shoes off upon entering the home and cleaned up everything once finished. The owner, Juan, and his team had installed blinds in several of the homes in my neighborhood through the builder, so I decided to get a quote on getting the same job done while cutting out the middle man.
