I actually take reviews quite seriously. And I know people usually don’t write things unless it’s very bad or very good but in this particular case I feel compelled to speak up. They very much know what they’re doing their technical team is amazing. However from an ethics standpoint I give them zero stars. I spent over $30,000 with this company over two years. They’ve given me bad advice and I never figured out how to fix my system. I ended up installing a boiler when they gave me an $18,000 estimate on top of the 30 I already spent. I put in a boiler for $6000 and I told the owner that

I dont normally write reviews as I’m also a business owner, but this experience is worth me writing this. First of all they are discriminating and rude. Micheal is screaming at me on the phone and refusing any new customers . If you have an emergency please don’t waste your time and call them. Whatever happened to compassion and customer service.

Called for service in August for air conditioning and it took 3 visits and $700 for a $200 job. Technician duct taped the wrong size air filter on my system(I had to remove it and install proper size) and changed thermostat(which did not need to be changed). I’m still waiting for a phone call back to explain but they only sent a bill collection notice....I’m surprised because I’ve used them in the past and they were great.
I could not believe also that the unit outside the house was not cleaned after $700 bill.

I have been a customer for 4 years now. My home has a gas fired burner and at times, the thermocoupler would burn out. I needed a reliable company that would service my burner 24/7, 365. To date, I have had no complaints with their service which includes their office personnel and their service techs. Yes, I have had to request an emergency service call and they were able to get my burner back up and running quickly. I've read poor reviews about their service manager, Mike. Just yesterday, I had to speak with Mike about a part that I need to have replaced on my burner and he was polite and

I called mid day hoping I might get appointment for at least the next day. I was told a technician would be there later in the day. Two hours later he was at my door. The Technician was Sal who listened and then walked me through the possibilities and then quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. He further discussed what likely happened and was a wealth of knowledge. Appreciated the effort. I was a first time customer but now I'm definitely sold on their service. Very professional.

I should have looked at all the reviews here before I called them. I called them and told them EXACTLY what the issue was : Dehumidifier not working with Nest Thermostat , and they said they could fix it. Other local companies said not despite Aprilaire and Nest saying it could. Well after 2 visits they couldn't do it and tried to push new products onto us. I said no and thank you. Now they sent a bill to collection.??!!! AND I had to have another company come in and rewire the A/C compressor to original specs--at my cost.

They claim to have abilities and all they are doing is trying to get into your house and trying to sell you other , more expensive, products. I had contacted both Nest & Aprilaire to see if the products would work together. Both companies said yes.So I called some local companies who said they didn't know how. This company claimed to be able to. Well- after 2 visits they said the equipment , Nest ( which worked perfectly before & after the visit ) , was at fault and that they would solve all the issues if I were to buy a very expensive Honeywell thermostat through them . No dice .....not falling

Fantastic! My HVAC unit went down after 15 years in the middle of summer during a rental and i was overseas, they were so nice to come the next day and install teh brand new unit promptly . They are really great, eventhough busy ! i paid 4800$ for installation and new unit, and this is not an unfair price at all, so i dont know why some people are saying they are overpriced. My plumber said it was fair and they came very early too. I would def recommend however to buy some new service vans lol, they look really old and beat up!!!

STAY AWAY from this company. Questionable business practices, including false evaluations made during service calls (they will tell you that you need a new system when a simple, inexpensive repair is actually possible - the service manager admitted this on the phone) and unauthorized charges on your credit card. You've been warned.

For years used them for service at my weekend house hoping to have a relationship in the event of emergency.
3 weeks ago they my AC went out and I was told it needed replacement.
Since then, I have been chasing them for a quote and date for replacement. Each time a secretary claimed that the estimator was working on it or that he was not in.
Finally today I was told that they were too busy for system replacement and I quote "we are too busy until after 4th of July".

It's as if they try hard to not be helpful. So often I just get attitude as I have found no orientation to help out a customer (of which I have been for 5-8 years). Basically, they act like they don't care if you work with them or if you have other options. I wonder how they got so bitter. It's weird. And I pay them $1,500 a year already for service, whether I need them or not during the year.
Whatever. I'd wished other people had warned me. I bet ya that if they read this they will just fire me as a customer rather than try to find out they better service customers.
