We had a deck overlooking the east Bay that was compromised due to high water this year. We were afraid it would collapse this winter with the weight of snow and decided to have the deck removed. We called Jordan at Old Mission Landscaping for a cost evaluation of either removal or restoring and repair to the deck. Jordan gave us excellent information to make a decision either way. We never felt pushed to make a decision either way by Jordan, he left that to us. We chose to take it down about a week later. I was very disappointed in our lawn work. For what we paid we were expecting a nicely seeded lawn for our new house. It now has bare patches throughout the lawn. They did come back and throw some seed around but it wasn’t raked in and the birds found it. Our lawn looked better when we did it ourselves.

Several years ago my neighbor and I went in on $2600 worth of landscaping and product. About two years ago, I noticed that the well-maintained trees were starting to die (turn brown). We have taken very good care of these trees with regular watering. I contacted the owner, Jordan, and explained the problem and he said he would look into it, Which he never did. I have called several more times and left messages (because he won't answer) and he will not follow up. I have given up on this company and its owner and will be cutting these trees down.
