Solar panels are made up of photovoltaic cells that create an electric charge when exposed to sunlight. The panel collects that charge and sends it to an inverter, which is a device that converts direct current (DC) to alternating current (AC). The inverter sends the electricity to the electric meter, which sends it to a house or facility for use.

We recently had solar installed on our Grand Design Reflection Fifth Wheel by Solar Energy Systems Indiana that can run our AC. I hired another company to put different solar panels on the top of my van after needing to move the panels SES installed to accommodate a new roof rack. Ran into an issue where I wasn’t getting power to my battery bank 😅. Jumped on a quick call with Braden since I was in San Diego and he walked me through step by step on what to do to assess my issues. He had an EXTREME amount of patience as he showed me how to fix what the other company had done. So thankful for his help and now we’re rolling with energy. Highly recommend this company and especially working with Braden!

I have had my system installed by Solar energy systems LLC
for 2.5 years now. I love it. Very professionally installed.
mine is a 7KW array my electric bill from March till November
is $9.00 a month and it's only $9.00 a month because the
minimum charge to be hooked to the power grid is $9.00
a month. I have been very pleased with the quality of
their work, and the system the provided.

Last week we had the pleasure of meeting Brian and his staff during the installation of our 4 200 watt solar panels, controller, breaker, new house and chases batteries and battery monitoring kit on our 2002 Monaco Diplomat. The staff were polite, professional, extremely knowledgeable and very patient with us answering our many, many questions. We are excited about the flexibility solar provides for us in our future travels. Would definitely recommend Solar Energy Systems to other RVers interested in solar.

While I had special needs, I was surprised to find the offered many panels for under a dollar a watt.
Brayden and his team were super clean and precise in their work. Brayden was proficient in matrices of electrical knowledge.
Tim in sales was super patient and honest. Tim explained every step of the process and made sure I got what I needed for my project.
I would recommend solar energy systems to any business or private enterprise!

I found these guys while camping in Quartzite, AZ in January, 2020. They had a booth at The Big Tent Show.
Brian (the owner) came out the next day to give me a quote and they did the installation the following day.
I’ve never seen such an amazing work ethic shown by the entire crew.
I LOVE MY SOLAR AND LITHIUM BATTERIES!!!!
I mostly boondock (camp on public lands with no hookups) and my solar gives me more than enough power to run everything in my motorcoach with power to spare.

A few years ago Solar Energy helped fix a solar install on our RV that was done on the west coast that developed major issues as we traveled east.
They were friendly, helpful and efficient - getting us back on the road in a day.
Yesterday we had a shore power failure (while we were gone all day) which resulted in our lithium ion battery's management system shutting down the batteries (leaving all 12 volt items on the RV non functioning).
Once we restored shore power our charger was reporting 'dead battery' and not chargeable.
We placed a call at ~ 6 a.m. west coast time and explained what happened

We had SES install roof mounted solar panels, two solar controllers (one for some portable panels we already had), a 2,000w inverter/charger and dual 100 aH lithium batteries in our Bigfoot Truck Camper while attending Quartzsite RV show. Excellent system at a reasonable price with excellent follow up support for questions.

Worked with Brian to finalize the details of our installation via email until we could get to Nappanee from Southwest Florida. Two day installation of 1200 watts including a BMK and an upgraded meter allowed our total electric Newmar coach to operate silently and independently off the grid. Brian was personally involved in the process, the workmanship was excellent and the final price for the work was fair for both of us. I may go back for a couple more panels to be able to run the a/c......

I was referred to this company and first spoke with Brian to install an AGS on my generator. Brian said they were booked out 2-3 months but could work on it after hours at $250 per hour plus parts!! I called the company the next day and spoke with Braden, asking him about installing an AGS. Braden said, "Sure no problem, we are all caught up and can get you in next week." He then started asking me questions and quickly figured out I was the same guy they tried to scam for $250 an hour. They are not the Godly men they proclaim to be on their website....BEWARE!!!
