Jeff and Pete were very quick to respond to my need for a new roof as it was insurance renewal time. Their crew arrived on-site at 8:30 AM and in just 2 days had completed the job. My biggest concern was that because I had just installed seamless gutters that they would be damaged. There is not a scratch to be found on my gutters. Their crew was phenomenal. At the end of each day they scoured the yard for excess nails and debris and cleaned everything up. There was not a speck of debris left. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

After getting a recommendation from a close friend of mine I contacted PHI for an estimate. Jeff came over & measured every thing out & gave me a GREAT Price for a new roof & blown in insulation in our attic. His price was $1000.00 less from the roofer our handyman had recommended!! His crew did an EXCELLENT job & our new roof looks GREAT!! If either Jeff or Pete says they're going to inc. some extras at No extra charge they DO IT!!

Work in the real estate profession and will definitely be recommending this company and their wonderful staff! They were very timely getting an estimate, have a vast choice of financing options, and were very helpful in offering suggestions and recommendations. Jeff always answers when I called with any questions during the initial quote process (I called several companies) This company had a very competitive bid. After looking for a good roofing company I could afford that was a established company and would be in business down the road if there were any issues, my co worker referred me to Property Home Roofing.She had them do her roof a year ago and was very satisfied.I had gotten other bids.I had read many other company reviews also.All of them have some complaints!But this company has finance companies they work with, which I needed.The crew was excellent!They worked quietly and were hard workers! They kept everything cleaned up.I love my new roof.It is top notch! Shingle and flat Florida room addition

From beginning to end this was the easiest home improvement project I had ever done! Pete came out within 1 day to understand my requirements, he made great recommendations all at a fair price. The crew pitch the flat roof and put special material on the flat part, they installed a great gable vent the length of the roof not a tin vent. They started when they said they were going to start, they did what they said they would do and they finished on-time. All my neighbors and even my father-in-law (one tough cookie) gave these guys 5 stars.

Jeff and Pete were very professional,and stayed true to the quote, their crew did an excellent job replacing my roof. It was above and beyond my expectations!
