We are constantly working with suppliers, but the combination of high demand and low supply has led to long wait times across the industry.

We do NOT install above ground liners - the only exception is if we built the pool AND we receive supervisor approval*.
We do gunite replaster work and in-ground pool modifications. We will do tile and deck work if it is part of a larger renovation but not as a stand-alone repair. Buying a new pool is a big decision and one you shouldn't make without doing your research.

The sales staff was awesome and answered all of our questions before we decided to buy and continued to treat us the same after we purchased the Spa. The pre-delivery team and the delivery team were exceptional and made it easy to prepare for our new Spa. The delivery team led by Doug was great and Doug spent an hour with us going over how to take care of every aspect of our new Spa. Look forward to doing business with them again.

We’ve owned our Hot Springs spa and Covana cover for almost 5 years now with no issues. Routine maintenance and the occasional water change is all we’ve ever needed. We installed an inground pool with heater 5 years ago. The installation left behind a black mold in the pool that took 3 years to get rid of. The cement cracked because they forgot to put in joints. One of the lights below the water developed a leak within the first year and had to be sealed at my expense. the heating unit had 4 breakdowns in the first 4 years, and the UVA lighting unit had to be replaced. Jan 2021 called about leak they schedule an appointment then called me days before and had to reschedule because forgot all techs in training in Utah. When they came out diagnosed the pump leaking had to order pump this took 6 months which I didn't understand because the parent company makes their own parts. But I waited when they did finally get here to install pump I asked them about moto jet also that wasn't working again had to order parts 5 months this time schedule appt to install then canceled at end of day after I waited all day. then had to wait almost another month to get back on schedule

Purchased a new Bullfrog Spa from Poolwerx in Dec of 2020 and had it installed in time for New Years eve. The spa has been great and the Poolwerx company has been fantastic to work with. Just did the second water change in the spa and found a "very small" imperfection. Contacted Poolwerx and they sent a repairman out in a few days to fix the problem. The repairman went above and beyond to make sure it was repaired correctly. He even contacted Bull Frog directly and both companies exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds. I will highly recommend both of these companies for their unbelievable

Horrible. Two warranty claims in the first 8 months of ownership. They only responded to the first one after I had contacted the manufacturer. It was delivered with s bad control panel in December. Finally repaired at the end of March. Now a pump quit working. They call me two days after coming out to look at it asking for payment! It’s covered under warranty. And she said they would order the pump after I paid them. I’m still in disbelief. I was warned they were the most expensive place in the area. But I expected better service after the money I paid. I’m awaiting answers from bullfrog

I recently purchased a Bullfrog hot tub from Justin at Campbells. I'm not sure how they got the negative reviews but my experience was excellent.
I called the companies main number and arraigned to meet Justin the next morning at their store as they had just received a shipment of Bullfrog spas and still had a couple of Hot Springs tubs I could look at.
The sales process was easy as they really just explained the different hot tubs they had advantages and disadvantages of each that met my space requirements. The reason I chose Bullfrog was the jetpacks and they had them in stock. Justin said

On 10/16/2020 I called to inquire about a pool cover .I was told it was $230 to "get on the schedule." Well, Ive been "on the schedule since 10/16/2020 with no contact at all. I was initially told I would get a call within a week, for them to schedule a time to come out and measure my pool. Again, no call, no contact. I finally called and asked for my deposit back since there was zero action from them. I am waiting for the "call back." What good is a pool cover after the leaves are down?? Save your money and go somewhere else.

I really wish I had done more research on this company prior to paying them to build us an inground pool. This is the worst company I have worked with - ever. Poor customer service and that is if they even show up to work.
We ordered an above ground pool on May 27th and was told that someone would be out in 3 days to evaluate the land to see what work would need to be done. Then they would put us on the schedule to the instillation. While I realized it would not be right away I was not told it would be OVER 3 months before I could have the swimming pool.

7/23 Little to no activity in the beginning of the week again. However, again on Thursday they came out and hooked up the hot tub heater with gas. Ran it on Friday, and it seems good. However, I now noticed that 3 jets are not jets at all. On Sat, the heater has lost all power. On Sat, they came unannounced, but I am grateful. They regraded the back yard for closing this project out, as erosion had occurred and even spilled into the neighbors yard as they did not use silt fences. There are still several items that are not complete and now jets, but they are asking for final payment.
