February 2019 we had Comfort Zone Insulation do what is called an encapsulation of the crawl space for our house. Prior to doing this the area was wet, chilly if not cold and starting to develop a damp smell.
We received a fair estimate that included adding a drain, plastic cover, and foam insulation of the interior of the outside walls. We are trying to use the low volume dehumidifier we had, so far it works. Len spend a good amount of time of explaining the process and diagnosing where the crawl space water was coming from.
The workers were polite.

It is currently 40F outside and we are temporarily without central heat/air, so are heating with two small gas wall units we got at Lowe's for $400 -- and the house is almost too warm!! The spray foam insulation underneath the roof that these folks put in a few months ago is just extraordinary. And thanks to online power bills and data, I can see that we are already using more than a third less power to heat and cool this 2200 sqft home! They left the attic clean and were professional and courteous throughout. Thanks, guys!

We hired them to do insulation work at our home. What a NIGHTMARE!! Unprofessional, Not Dependable, poor customer service (if any) they use unqualified and untrained workers or day labor people. Equipment (junk) constantly breaks down thus causing even more issues with their work. They failed us as innocent homeowners in every way!!!! SCORE -F

I owned my own cleaning business for 34 year prior to retiring here in Crossville. I know how to do business and how to treat people especially other contractors. When you clean toilets for a living you get looked down upon a lot. I called this business on Saturday 11/11/17… The contractors wife answered and took my info. She said he will be calling back. I said when. Probably not today and certainly not Sunday so probably Monday. Tues I called.. his wife answered again. I had Conrad Miller install two tube lights in my previous home about seven years ago and was very pleased with the product and workmanship. I then had two tube lights installed in my present home 3 years ago. I had an small issue with one of my lights, called his office and the next day he was out to inspect. He made a small repair and all is fine. I highly recommend his company for quality of service and punctuality.

I had them add additional insulation to the entire house. In addition I had them do the garage which did not have any ceiling insulation. After doing that the garage temp was 30* warmer in the winter than what it had bee without any insulation. At the time there were rebates available from TVA. CZ handled the filing of the paperwork and the check arrived.

I called Comfort Zone Insulation last month and spoke with a nice woman, who provided me with a quote after getting a detailed description of my building. The price sounded fair, so I made an appointment.
The truck came yesterday and the guys went to work. While they worked on blowing material into the attic, I added blocking to my horizonal wall framing so that the 7" of cellulose would stay put. It was not their easiest job, but by the end of the day, I had an extremely well-insulated shop. And the final price was very close to what I was quoted. I would recommend this company to others.
