Found out that this company is installer for the river Pools and spas fiber glass pools.
Called multiple times but his cellphone is full of messages and does not take any more messages.
Drove to store address only to find a large fiber glass pool at the side of a Styer orchids. Asked guys inside about the pool guy and was told that He has no office. He carries an cell phone and that is it.
That was the end of it. Tried also calling riverpools and spa. They are located in VA. Could get hold of anyone their either.
My chances of using him now are slim to none. You don’t want to invest upward

Hydroscape did an outstanding job installing my patio and walkways. The work was high quality and Nate worked with me to capture the design I had in mind. Most importantly he kept detailing until I was complety satisfied. He didn't disappear after the project was done. We have had him back for other projects and upkeep and after nearly 20 years they still look great!

Hydroscape Inc has been a delight to work with. We used Hydroscape Inc as our patio builder and our pool builder. Showed up on time for the estimate, it was a quick turn around to get a proposal from him. Our job had some changes half way through. He made it an easy process at a fair price. They have a thorough understanding of patio building and were able to explain the process at every step. Would recommend this company for your next pool or patio project.

We highly recommend Hydroscape. Nate and his crew did an incredible job transforming the front of our house with hardscaping, landscaping, lighting and stone. He was always reachable to discuss the plans, explaining in detail any changes needed to make sure it was what we wanted. He also was available for later follow up. Will definitely hire again for our backyard renovation!
