We have used Troy before. He came today fully prepared to clean our chimney flue. Upon inspection he said it would be a waste of money to clean it since it was not necessary. We'd burned hardwood most of last year, which helped take take of buildup. We gladly paid a small inspection fee. We really appreciate Troy's honesty and professionalism.

Troy and his team are top notch. They provide fast service and once on site, they provide an outstanding education about fireplaces, flumes and how to have a safe and clean chimney.
We had crazy-smoke billowing from our fireplace. Troy figured it all out within 20 minutes and then went to work.

I used MCC Chimney to clean out a cabin chimney that had possibly not been cleaned in 40 or more years! Before it was cleaned, smoke would billow into the room and there was considerable black build up inside the chimney. Afterwards, the chimney worked properly and everything was clean. My cabin was nice and neat too- no sign dirty work had gone on! I was invoiced, and the whole job was handled remotely- This is an excellent company that focuses on one thing- your chimney!!
