We called to have our heater repaired the day before Christmas Eve! When we called we were able to have someone come out the same day!! The employees are all super helpful and informative and go above and beyond with their customer service. Abe, Michael G, and Chris we always great at communicating and scheduling to get our heater fixed. We would definitely recommend and use this company again in the future! I am very pleased with the service and the pricing Abe the sales rep was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. If i could rate 10 stars i would. We had our air conditioning fail in the peak of summer, and called multiple companies for quotes to have it replaced. Everyone was saying the equipment was back-ordered and we couldn't get anything done for a minimum of 3 weeks, that wasn't an option with a newborn baby in the house. When i called ACE, they came out and inspected the system, and told me they could be there in two days to replace everything. They even managed to get my broken system working again until it was replaced. To top it off, they beat all the other prices with better equipment!

On 07/31/2021 I had Ace Heating & Air come out to look at my air conditioner due to someone else installing it incorrectly. I paid $69.00 for nothing. Andrew tried to up sale me on getting an entire new unit. They also wanted to charge me $5,000.00 just to fix what the other guy did. Andrew kept saying he is only trying to help us out and that he was honest which it was of course clear to me at that point we were being hustled.
