I had some service work done at Serra Audi of Traverse City and Garthe Alderman handled the service work for me, I must say I have never had a more concerned service manager take of my 2015 Audi. He always greets the customer with a pleasant smile. He also called me later to ask if the vehicle is doing O.K. Serra is very lucky to have you!!

Eric is simply amazing at his product knowledge of Audi and Volkswagen. If I owned a business I would want this guy working for me. I love my Q7 and only want it to be maintained by the best. At my first service at Serra Audi of Traverse City they did a great job. Garthe contacted me before I arrived to make sure everything would be ready just in case any special parts would be needed. Then, when I arrived without even getting out of the car, I drove directly into their garage where I was met by the service manager, Garthe. My order was all written up before I got there and my loaner vehicle was ready for me in minutes. A few hours later they contacted me when my car was ready. Service was great and the car was cleaner than

Serra Audi’s service center was absolutely fantastic and helped me out of a major jam. Garth not only got my Audi A6 in ahead of schedule, they fixed the fuel pump issue and had me out the door in the same day. Garth & team were excellent and kept me up to date with texts of exactly what was happening, as it was happening. The best part is that the cost was below the original estimate. A Great experience all the way around, Great Job Serra Audi!!

I would ***HIGHLY*** recommend Eric to anyone considering buying a car. Throughout the process, I was very impressed by his honesty, attentiveness, and intelligence. Even in the strange, topsy-turvy world of Covid-19, he made it a very smooth, easy process to trade in my old car and buy a new Audi. This review is for the service department and Garthe who I dealt with prior to arrival and during my service visit. This is not my normal dealership as I am currently 600+ miles from home. I got a nail in my tire with a slow leak on my high performance summer tires. I knew I needed at the minimum all season tires. I had done research on the tires before I called and Garthe was easy to talk to, understood my issue and made multiple suggestions all of which lined up with my research. He wanted to save me money by just doing one tire depending on the tread life on my tires, then we agreed on two over
