We built a home with Keim in 2019-2020. They build one of their models (slightly modified) on our own lot. They worked with us to assess our lot, fit one of their homes to the property, tear down our old home, then work with us all the way through building our new home. They clearly have many years of experience working with all the necessary parties involved (the city, our neighbors, engineers, and all the sub-contractors). Joe and Matt Keim led the whole process; they are very hands on. They plan things ahead of time, which may seem unnecessary to us homeowners, but it works out to mean that
