An absolute amazing company to work for. I have never experienced such a great boss and team. It really makes a difference when you have a boss that truly cares about his employees and customers and does not care what his title is, he will fill in where needed. He’s even swept the office when the office staff was busy. He is very involved in every aspect of this business. He goes above and beyond. He always makes things right with our customers If there is a mis understanding. The most honest Christian company I have ever experienced. I would recommend anyone to this company. We had to have a window to our business replaced quickly. Island Glass & Mirror went above and beyond our expectations for any glass company. A technician was out to see the damage within an hour, and the window was replaced before lunch time! It took about 4 hours for the entire process. We can not thank Island Glass & Mirror for exceeding all expectations and replacing our window so quickly!
