We found our septic tank was not working on a Friday night. We called Arne's to leave a message. To our surprise, Arne himself answered the phone and we explained what was going on. He talked us through a sequence to manually pump our tank down so we could use the system over the weekend. The next morning (Saturday) "Tom" from Arne's showed up early and told us he would be looking at the problem. He came back and gave us a cost estimate for installing a new float switch which had failed. We quickly approved the work and he installed the new parts quickly and also told us that our tank needed pumped

Family owned business. Everyone is always so nice and helpful! Cleaned septic and gave their professional advice. Helped with a small repair. LOVE these guys!!!! If you don’t use Arnie’s , you need to. They told use they would send us a reminder in mail when it was time to pump again- you can’t beat that!!! Great prices too!

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness
They dont clean there portable toilets regular sometimes 4 days some times 9 days or more and when its hot is extremely unsanitary. My contractors had to drive to town to find a bathroom the toilet was so bad. I called them numerous times to get them out to pump it.

Pro:They arrived on time, unclogged sewer line from sewer clean out access to the road which was all good.
Cons: The sewer access cap was still broken and they didn’t repair it which was in my mind part of the job, they told my husband we should replace the cap, but didn’t tell him the cap seating was broken, and said they would have repaired it-but didn’t have the part with them.
I needed them to do the job and do it right.
They did half the job right, charged us $345.00, then left us high and dry with a still broken sewer access. Now my husband is trying to figure out how to fix it while

Arne has been so great! Not only does he care about the quality of his services but he stays true to offering affordable prices and saving you money where he can. He was very good with answering all my crazy questions at all times of the day. He even allowed my nephew to watch what he was doing while using a camera that was in my lines underground! Wow. That’s really all I can say. I called Arne’s to set up a delivery, no one on my end told me we didn’t have a restroom on our location. My unit was delivered within a hour of calling, it came extremely clean, looks brand new in fact. I could smell it from outside the unit, and it smelled amazing, not overwhelming like some. Arne’s will be the only portable restroom company I use while I am in Pendleton. Thanks guys!

We've had Arne's out to our place twice now. Once this summer for a regular septic tank pump out and again this last week for issues with our drain field. Arne and his crew were very knowledgeable and professional. Even though the drain field issue ended up getting a bit more complicated and costly than expected, we were still only charged the price Arne quoted us. I would not hesitate to call them again and we plan on using them for our regular septic maintenance.
