We got quotes for several providers, and healthy duct cleaning, was the lowest price. The folks who came out and did the job were efficient and courteous, and explained what they did, how often we should get this sort of cleaning, etc. Thank you for the best service and in a very fare rate! We're from redwood city, looked for a cleaning service for a while but didn't get a good impression from other companies at the area, we are very satisfied!

Highly recommend this company for furnace replacement and all other services they offer. Osi and her team are incredibly responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were able to replace our very old furnace with a new one in just a couple of days and are currently helping us with air flow issues in our home.

They sprayed the ducts with a sanitizer that has left my house smelling like toxic fumes. Now I have a headache and sore throat and am sleeping with a mask and keeping all the windows open. Bummer because it's winter. I suggested to the lady that next time she ask her customers if they want spray or not. She started to argue with me about it so I left it alone.

The worst experience I’ve ever had! So extremely rude and unknowledgeable. The technician told us 4 parts needed to be ordered and that we would hear back when the parts arrived. Fast forward a week later I call and they tell me their technician never ordered any part and would not complete the repair because we installed the thermostat ourselves. In so many words he lied to us, left, and then told his company the completely wrong information to cover his own you know what. Carlos, shame on you. I contacted them to come inspect and fix my furnace, he came with no tools took a picture similar to the one I already sent him as part of the request and just try to sell me a new one for $3,500 says the price to take out and repair is similar to a installing a new one.
The next day I brought a different company (Diablo Valley Heating & A/C) the guy fix it in less then half an hour for $75 and that include replacing the items that was not letting the fire start in the gas furnace.
Do people actually fall for these cheap tricks? Just wasted my time!

AC unit in our office went down with no warning and it was unbearably hot to the point we could not work from the office. We called Healthy Duct and explained to them we have an emergency and that we need a tech ASAP and they were very quick on sending a technician. JC was very courteous and professional and found the problem very shortly. He even spent time giving us very practical maintenance tips that will elongate the life of the unit, and last but not least- they did not take advantage of us when it came to the bill even though it was pretty obvious we were desperate. Tried to get a hold of them several times and told to call back several times because they were too busy. After escalating with our home warranty finally answer. This review is LONG overdue and I feel so bad cause I told Ricardo I would do it after he finished installing our ducts. Our house needed new ducts desperately, we had 2 other companies come out aside for their rude and cocky demeanor they would quote us astonishing rates... I'm talking $10k+... for about 5-6 ducts. Healthy ducts came out 1) they were friendly, 2) I didn't get a creepy vibe 3) the quote was reasonable and aligned with the research I had done online and not something completely too high due to seeing a fancy neighborhood.... he was on time and courteous during installation

The frustrations that my wife & I have had with this company are too many to name. The bottom line is that ensuring our satisfaction after the HVAC was installed has been full of broken promises. They agreed to refund a portion of our payment more than 6 weeks ago. When we ask about the payment, they keep saying that corporate will send the check but they are backed up right now.
There are many other companies to choose from for installation of a HVAC.... I wish that I chosen one of them.

I needed to replace my furnace that had component after component failing. I have called Healthy Duct Cleaning and they are the only company that was able to quickly come out and give an estimate to fix and replace without asking for a payment that would be lost if we would not proceed with them.
They scheduled an appointment 4 days out to do the replacement. They did an amazing job ripped out the old unit, redid all the gas piping and air pipes connecting to the unit. The job was done very well and everything cleaned and sealed and done per code.

Furnace repair : Our furnace stopped to work and we contact healthy duct via google ,osi respond quickly to our request and send a technician to inspect our furnace .
