Robert E. Sutton Company Inc. would like to provide some information about our ability to provide services to our customers. Robert Sutton founded our company in 1965. We were the first General Engineering Company in the Truckee, North Lake Tahoe area to only do asphalt paving. We have been operating in this area for 55 years.
Robert E. Sutton Company Inc. wants to make sure that you et the longest life out of your asphalt, which is why we provide seal coating services. We use OverKote asphalt sealer manufactured by Rayguard in Sacramento. For over 30 years we have used this product with great success and believe it is the best product on the market for sealing asphalt in this climate.
Crack sealing is one of the most cost-effective and preventive measures that an asphalt owner can make. Crack sealing is designed to keep water from intruding into the underlying sub grade. It can prevent and inhibit sub-grade failures and costly repairs. We prepare new cracks by routing with a machine that makes the crack large enough to be able to fill from the bottom up.
