BEWARE, NEVER USE THIS MOVER !!
After a previous good experience with Monster Movers I recommended them to a client. During the job the movers damaged the wood floor, dragging a headboard approximately 3 feet across it.
I had my wood floor installer estimate the repair which came to $2500.
I contacted the owners, Aaron and Andrea, by email along with pictures of the damage, they never responded. Multiple unreturned emails and calls later I was forced to have my lawyer call them, Aaron lied to my lawyer saying he was “waiting for me to call him” and that they wanted to resolve the problem

Moving can be stressful, and Aaron and his staff do the heavy lifting in all areas. He dropped off a pod and let us fill as we go then called when we needed helpers to lift the major pieces. He will store our belongings until we need them in a safe facility. The pricing is reasonable and Jared, Brad and Vinny were cautious, but fast and courteous. Highly recommend!!

The customer service and scheduling department within Monster Movers needs to be replaced. No Show with no notice the day of the move. Rescheduled and called to confirm the day before, and again they had the wrong day schedule. Additionally, they took a dolly that was not theirs, and refuse to call back to make arrangement to return or for me to pick up!
I WAS a repeat customer, and although the actual movers are fantastic, this office staff is incompetent, and I would not recommend to anyone.

Frank and Ruben did a fabulous job! They wrapped all my furniture in moving blankets and taped them in place. They were careful and,l efficient with my furniture. Nothing was broken or scratched. If I move again, I will absolutely use Monster Movers. The cherry on top was that they were reasonably priced.

Vinny and George were the best movers!!! They were quick, efficient professional and were all around great. They made my move incredibly easy and made me feel very reassured about my things being well taken care of. I appreciate this awesome experience. My neighbor even tried to give them a hard time and I told the neighbor to back off because these guys are doing a wonderful job. All around awesome experience and I would definitely ask for them again!

Monster Moving is the best moving company in OC. They were on-time, efficient, and affordable. There are no hidden fees or additional charges for labor or materials like with many other moving companies. Ask for Vini and Kenny. They are Rockstars. They made sure that our stuff was wrapped and took really good care of our stuff. They are hustlers and was able to pack up my 1 bedroom apartment and have me moved in just over 5 hours. If and when my fiance and I decide to sell our condo down the road, we will definitely be using Monster Moving again. Thanks again guys for doing such a great job.

I used Meathead Movers to move my office a few months ago and it was horrible service so this time I used Monster Moving to move my house from Lake Forest to Irvine and it was awesome! My team; Gonzalo, Daniel and their lead Vinny were the friendliest, professional young gentlemen I've had the pleasure to work with in a long time. They were thorough and fast. We had to make a stop at my storage unit and they were very accommodating and we were still done in 5 hours! I cant speak highly enough about this team. Good luck with the wedding Vinny! Keep playing the tunes guys lol.

I’ve never used movers before and honestly I thought it was gonna be much more expensive but Jean and his partner were so fast they got it done way faster then I thought and saved me a lot of money. Jean and his partner were super professional, helped me pack boxes, wrapped my couches so they wouldn’t get scratched. Ran up and down my stairs and seemed to never get tired. These two were awesome, if you go with monster moving I would recommend asking for Jean and his partner Ruben I believe his name was.
